My first memory of organizing is 8 year old me pulling everything out of my drawers each time my parents asked me to clean my room. They were always frustrated that I never just put things away when they asked me to, and I was always frustrated that they didn't understand how I was just making my room more functional. (That was the goal at least though I do not know how successful 8 year old me was in that regard.) 

Fast forward to today. Though my methods have improved and my interest has expanded to include organizational procedures rather than just physical organization, my goal remains the same from when I was 8 years old: Make things more functional through organization. 

I first tried my hand at selling real estate shortly after graduating with my interior design degree. (Sounds like a good combo, right?!) I sold one house and quickly learned that selling real estate is not for me. But! I stayed in the business and found my niche as an admin and TC. Now 4 years later my favorite part of my job is learning new ways to run real estate transactions smoothly and efficiently and sharing what I learn with realtors like you.
