I was sitting in my usual spot at the local coffee shop, nursing a chai latte and a growing sense of uncertainty. As a realtor, I was struggling to find my niche, to differentiate myself in a crowded market (and I didn't really enjoy the negotiation part of the job...) I felt lost, adrift in a sea of similar business models and marketing strategies.Â
We chatted about life, work, and dreams. As we talked, something shifted. In that moment, a clear vision emerged. Before, I had thought about making my niche in real estate as a behind the scenes guru, but I did not know how to make a business out of that. I worked with several realtors at that point doing whatever they needed me to do. It felt like an entry level position rather than a business I could grow.
In that coffee shop moment, I realized that I could take what I learned working with those realtors (who are also good friends of mine!) and share it with other realtors. I wanted to empower them with the tools and knowledge they needed to succeed by saving time and money on the systems and operations of their businesses.
That coffee shop encounter was a turning point. It was the catalyst that propelled me forward, inspiring me to start this blog. I'm excited to share my journey with you, to offer practical tips and tools, and to be the person in your corner cheering you on! I love hearing your ideas and helping bring them to life.
